Man counting coins on the table

It’s that time again! Dollywood is opening up for the season on March 22, and everyone’s favorite theme park is better than ever. When you visit the park, you’ll have the chance to experience Dollywood’s newest roller coaster, the FireChaser Express! This awesome ride is the very first dual launch family coaster in Dollywood. From opening day until April 21, you’ll also be able to see incredible entertainment from all over the world as part of Dollywood’s Festival of Nations.

To help make your Dollywood experience even better, Timber Tops has put together some great advice for saving money at this legendary Pigeon Forge attraction.

Season Pass

If you plan on visiting Dollywood more than once, a season pass is excellent value. A season pass costs less than the price of two single day admissions, and comes with a variety of other benefits and discounts.

Pigeon Forge McDonald’s Discount

The McDonald’s restaurants in Pigeon Forge usually offer a $5 off coupon for Dollywood during June and July. You can use this discount for four admissions, so you can actually save up to $20. The coupon is typically printed on a bag or a cup, so be sure you don’t accidentally through your discount away!

AAA Discount

If you’re a member, you can buy your Dollywood tickets on the official AAA website and get $4 off.

Military Discount

Dollywood offers a generous 30% off military discount for military personnel and dependents with valid ID. Follow the link to learn more about Dollywood’s military discount.

Don’t Pay For Parking

There are two ways to avoid paying the $10 – $15 parking fee at Dollywood. One way is to buy the Dollywood Gold Season Pass, which comes with free parking. The other way is to park for free at Patriot Park in Pigeon Forge and take a trolley ride to Dollywood for just 50 cents each way. The trolley will even pick you up and drop you off right in front of Dollywood’s ticket booths!
