girls playing at water park

Everyone knows Dollywood’s Splash Country is one of the best water parks in the South East. What some don’t know is that there are special programs and options for guests to make the experience even more fun and convenient. Here are our three secrets to getting the most out of your time at the Pigeon Forge amusement park before the season opening on May 17.

Time Saver Pass

If you’re concerned about long lines, this is the tip for you. Those who visit the Pigeon Forge amusement park can save time waiting in lines by purchasing a Time Saver Pass. This reservation system works for many of Splash Country’s rides and attractions including River Rush, Firetower Falls, Mountain Scream, Slickrock Racer and Raging River Rapids.

Guests can rent a Time Save Pass wristband at the main gate for $20 per person without waiting in line or $30 for even faster service. Gold Passholders receive a $5 discount. Once you have a wristband, you can use one of the on-site kiosks to schedule a time you want to ride the slides.

Sunny Money

If you’d rather not worry about credit cards or cash while exploring the water park, Dollywood’s Splash Country also offers a service called Sunny Money, a cashless wristband payment system. Guests can use the wristbands at any of the park’s food or merchandise shops just like cash. To purchase a wristband, just visit any of the park’s merchandise stores.

Super Pass

If you plan to visit Dollywood while in the Smokies, you can save money by buying a Two Park Gold Season Pass that allows entrance into both parks at a lower price than separate purchases. With these, you can save money and enjoy both Pigeon Forge amusement parks all season long!
