Overall, this was a great cabin. I’ve owned rental property so I understand how things can’t be perfect for every guest. My only -comment would be the dryer doesn’t work well. I believe the exhaust pipe might be full of lint.

Great service. Cabin was clean. When I needed help, the staff was available and helpful. We have use Timber Tops on several occasions and have always had a great experience.

Check in was easy. Everything was great.

We stayed for 4 nights and 5 days in Journey’s End cabin and it was amazing! The perfect location for privacy and the view was breath taking. We will definitely be back!

We have stayed at Timber Top cabins many times. We are always very appreciative of the pet friendly cabin options and the efficiency and ease of the rental process. This trip we stayed at a Journey's End cabin in Sevierville. The cabin was beautiful inside and out and well appointed. We were looking for some time to unplug and reconnect and this private, secluded cabin afforded all of that. It was a peaceful, restful and fun experience. We will look forward to our next Timber Top Cabin rental. Thank you.

Your reservation customer service is amazing, the maintenance man was amazing, however your desk personnel is not customer satisfaction friendly (Amanda and Jennifer). The are very rude and hang up before conversation is completed.

The cabin was beautiful. Booking and check-in were easy and the staff were very friendly. Would definitely rent again from Timber Tops. There were a few very minor issues with the cabin “Journeys End” but not a deal breaker at all. We had a wonderful time!!!

The cabin was very nice and suited our needs for the week. A couple areas that we saw room for improvement include the following: More towels would have been very helpful. We had 5 in our family and we were on the go the entire time we stayed in Tennessee but needed to do multiple loads of laundry just to have clean towels. kitchen towels as well. A gas grill would have been nice. The broom was broke so we could not sweep the floor Bathrooms and Bedrooms were very nice and a highlight of the cabin. We loved the outdoor seating on all the porches. Upstairs refrigerator was nice for the kids. The laundry area had a distinct odor when you opened up the doors. Pull out sofa was used for bedding and was comfortable. We have also stayed at Oak Haven Resorts and their cabins are also very nice and we would compare them about the same as Timber Tops. We did utilize the Luxury Pass for a free pass to the Aquarium and white water rafting.

Cabin overall was very good, but a few things needed attention, but nothing time sensitive enough to call out a cleaning person or maintenance. I did send a detailed list of 9 items to [email protected] the day we departed, that I thought that the owner and next renter would appreciate attention.

Very nice cabin and place to stay. There were a few leaks that we noticed in the cabin but overall very enjoyable and great time.

Cabin was beautiful when we finally found it after passing it by twice. Needs to be better marked. Customer service was also extremely helpful.

We would have rated it 5 stars IF we hadn't had to purchase light bulbs because three different lights were burned out - 2 in the lamps in the LR. We also didn't mind the few lady bugs we saw, but one of our suitcases carried back a ROACH from the cabin (from the upstairs bedroom), and we saw another one dead in the LR!!! The cabin needs to be sprayed and an exterminator needs to go through the entire house with spray!

The entire process of renting a cabin with Timber Tops was fantastic and easy!! Great service and a wonderful place to stay. We will definitely use you all again!!

we have stayed in multiple different cabins from Timber top and this one was no exception. It made you feel at home as soon as you walked in. The views were amazing. absolutely loved it!!!!

We have stayed with Timbertops many times and continue to return due to the quality and positive experiences wirh had had.

Cabin was clean and accommodating your checkin process was hassle free. My only issue that I recall is that the pet fee isn't clear until you check out. I could be wrong but I don't believe the pet fee appears until after you begin the checkout process. It would have been nice to see that in the initial pricing calculation prior to checking out.

Got off to a little bit of a bumpy start.. the directions were like a foreign language considering we're not from here. Nobody could help us when we called after being lost, thank God for cellphone maps. A few dirty dishes in the sink and the floors had not been swept, but after that everything was fine. The cabin was very homey, and beautifully done. If we stay at your cabins again however we would probably do one not so high up. Overall the good overshadowed those few things.

It is always a pleasure to use y'all. Very friendly staff and when we do have a problem it's taken care immediately. Easy check in and easy check on it. Will continued to recommended timber tops .

WON'T DENY WE DID HAVE A ONE TIME AWFUL EXPERIENCE WITH A LOCAL THAT LIVED NEARBY, BUT WE UNDERSTAND THAT IS SOMETHING OUT OF TIMBER TOPS CONTROL. PLEASE SEND OUR REGARDS AND GRATITUDE TO THE OWNERS OF THE CABIN, NOT ONLY FOR PREPARING IT TO FEEL US WELCOMED AND ALMOST AS IT WOULD HAVE BEEN OUR PROPERTY, BUT ALSO FOR THE TREATS AND WELCOME GIFT FOR US. IT WAS A DELIGHTFUL AND NICE GESTURE. WE WILL TRY TO REPEAT THIS EXPERIENCE IN THE NEAR FUTURE. Loved the cabin. Want to let you know the front door needs adjusting. You have to pull on it really hard for lock to catch. Also when we drained jacuzzi tubs, the drain burned back and gurgled. We have always lived with septic systems so we know that us a sign it needs some attention. Have used timber tops for at least 12-15 years!

We loved the cabin. We did not find instructions on what to do for check out we tryed to call but we left at 6:00 am. We cleaned and took out the trash. Did not know what to do with the beds so we left them unmade. We will be back next year.

Cabin was exceptionally clean upon arrival. Direct check-in was a breeze. When we stopped by the office to pay for an extra night, we happened to mention about the sporadic wifi issue and someone was out that day to look at it. Journeys End suited our needs and we would rent it again. Thank you!

Lovely cabin, beautifully and tastefully decorated. Large bedrooms. So cozy! Lots of trees, private, a beautiful view, yet no difficult roads to get there.

I appreciate the convenience of being able to do direct check-in. However, your phone lines were down for approximately an hour while we waited in the driveway of our cabin, waiting for the code. It would have been easier and less anxiety-inducing if we would have just stopped by your office. After this experience, I am unsure whether or not I will return to Timber Tops.

Again very well pleased , Timber Tops is our favorite place to stay in the Smokes see you again next year.

Nice cabin

Enjoyed the quality family time together in a beautiful cabin! Wish the cabin had spatulas, a cookie sheet and the DVD player was hooked up in the living room.

It was great other then the cabin had dirt/bugs around the trim of the floor. Wouldn't have bothered us if we didn't have a toddler playing on the ground. Otherwise everything was in perfect condition.

We absolutely loved everything about our cabin Journey's End. We will be back to visit Journey's end again..

The cabin was beautiful absolutely loved it..only downfall is we found cockroaches which we were told that they are wood roaches and we are hoping that is the truth my suggestion is if that's to be expected like we were told you should probably mention that like you do for scorpions and bees ect...we were told someone would be out to spray but to our knowledge that didn't happen. The only thing we wanted to take home with us is or memories so I hope we don't have any surprises.. other than checking the bed over every night to check for roaches hoping not to wake to one we had a great time

We had a wonderful time staying at Journeys End! I did want to point out that the railing on the upstairs deck was a little loose and the only other issue we had was the hot tub took almost an hour to warm up to 98-99 degrees. We did sit in the hot tub while it warmed up but with the evening being a little chilly it wasn't that enjoyable sitting in a "hot" tub waiting for it to warm up. We will be back again to stay with Timber Tops and we do refer family & friends your way all the time. Thanks!!

All details we laid out and worked fine. There were light bulbs burnt out and no hairdryer. Housekeeping could have been a little better from the previous guests. Overall it was good.

We have been staying at your cabins for a while , and there are always like a home away from home. The price increase is disappointing only because it will reduce the frequency of our visits to the Smokeys. I am not a fan of direct check in . It is always nice to talk with your staff after the long ride to Tennessee, and learn of events and activities.
