The cabin was clean and the stay was wonderful

The reservation specialists were wonderful to deal with. The cabin was beautiful, and we had a wonderful stay!

Cabin is very comfortable and beautiful. It’s perfect for 2or 3 families with its 3 floors and multiple decks. View from deck is wonderful! Perfect place to watch the morning sunrise. Location is central to shops and attractions as well as mountain trails and scenery.

We did a very last minute trip after a disaster rental with another company and you guys were a breath of fresh air. Smooth. Easy. And so incredibly kind. We are so grateful.

Great cabin, set back from the others which gave us privacy to enjoy our surroundings.

Our cabin was nice with beautiful mountain views. We did have issues with the washing machine and the a/c however they sent someone out immediately to fix both issues. However, we chose this cabin because the website showed access to a community pool. When we arrived at the pool area the pool had obviously been filled in and was only a fenced in grassy area. We thought we may have gone to the wrong location so we called the guest service associate and she gave us directions that led us right back to the (obvious former pool) grassy area We advised the pool was gone and even SHE HAD NO IDEA!! . We were very disappointed as we were looking forward to pool time. For that, I cannot give 5 stars. But, if a pool isn’t important to you, it’s a great cabin.

Cabin was perfect. Clean, good design for 3 master suites. Well equipped. We did have a missing remote to the main TV but found it when we opened the couch and it was inside the bed.

A beautiful cabin with great views! The cabin was clean and very accommodating. Maintenance responded promptly to a couple of items that we found mid-way through our stay. The front-office staff was very courteous and helpful.

The cabin was perfect! Great location, Fantastic view, CLEAN! Beds and furniture were comfy. Porch deck chairs and swing were comfy. Had everything we needed in the kitchen. Loved it! I would stay here again, for sure, no hesitation. The only issues (NOT complaints, just something to check) was that the hot tub water was pretty cloudy, and the TV in the family sitting area in the lowest level was not showing a full screen-had lines running up half of the screen, but plenty of other viewing areas, so didn't cause a problem for us. LOVED LOVED LOVED our stay!

The cabin was very nice. The only problem was there were 3 bulbs out in the kitchen area and it would be nice if there were more rolls of toilet tissue available instead of 1 roll per bathroom for 4 days with 4 people.

The cabin and view was absolutely beautiful and breath taking.

The cabin was beautiful with stunning views and very clean upon our arrival. Our visit was during Christmas and I called a week before we arrived to check and see if the cabin had a Christmas tree. I was told it was not decorated for the season. I was upset and sent an email regarding this matter. When we arrived a Christmas tree was put up and the fireplace mantle was decorated.

The cabin was perfect!! My two sons came and the cabin was perfectly suited so that everyone had their own space with a bathroom. The view was spectacular and it was clean and extremely comfortable. Would definitely book this cabin again.

Very clean cabin

My family and I had rented a cabin from another rental company for a long weekend family getaway. We received a call in the afternoon on the day we were supposed to have arrived telling us that the cabin had lost hot water and we couldn't stay there. The rental company wasn't helpful in placing us in another cabin. They only offered to give us phone numbers for other rental companies. I can find that online; not helpful at all! I called Timber Tops on a Friday evening at approximately 6:30pm trying to find accommodations. I spoke with Vernell and she was most helpful! She found us a cabin and stayed on the phone with me until the transaction was completed. She transferred me to Tiffany who helped me get the online documents signed and then sent me everything I needed to be able to access the cabin when we arrived. She also stayed on the phone with me to make sure I received all documents and information I needed. Vernell and Tiffany saved our family weekend getaway! We are extremely appreciative!

The experience was wonderful. My favorite part was the view.

Several things broken or dirty, we just rolled with it. All shower curtains had mold/mildew. Jacuzzi Tub on very bottom floor does not work. Air Hockey does not really work and puck looks like dog chewed on it. Hot Tub jet button does not always work, have to keep pressing multiple times to get to start.

Very easy and responsive. Only feedback for imprivement would be to let people know the general area of the cabin when booking. We wanted to stay closser to Gatlinburg but guests do not know where they are staying until they check in. This is a significant change from when we booked several years ago.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at "MAY THE FOREST BE WITH YOU" cabin. It provided us with plenty of room for our group on nine people. Check in and check out was quick and convenient.

Wonderful cabin. Location was good. There was a lot of construction around, but it didn't bother us too much. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The cabin was beautiful and well equipped. The bed on the main level was different, being log, but it was very uncomfortable. There is a gap between the side of the bed and mattress that makes it very difficult to get in the bed. The mattress seemed to be worn out and the bed had a really bad noise. I prefer comfort over pretty and I think the owner should replace the bed. The construction was very annoying. It was loud and while it was a good road to the cabin passage was hindered by the workers vehicles. Had the representative told me about the construction when I booked, I would have booked a different cabin. It would behoove your Timber Tops management to make sure customers know about the construction in advance. Over all it was a good stay but it could have been better, for the price. I have used Timber Tops for years and been satisfied, but had this been my first stay with your company, I might not use you again.

we really enjoyed our stay! The cabin I saw gorgeous and nicely updated! Views were great and timber tips does a good job providing majority of what you will need while you stay! Would deffinatley stay again!

Easy to book with, price was OK the chalet could definitely use more seating to accommodate all guests that it holds as well as it would have been nice to know they were building 3 new houses across the sleep in which they worked 6:30am to early evening on so there went the peace and quiet and ability to sleep in

Everything was perfect! The only thing and I blame the fires y'all had the directions to the chalet was off. Other than that it was perfect.

A very nice cabin but the sofa seat cushions on the top level (3rd floor) had tears in it. Not very impressive for a beautiful cabin.

We have rented from timber tops for years. May the Forest be with you was a great cabin. Loved the parking space bad ease to get to. Only suggestion would be gor housekeeping. Looks like they just surface clean. Rugs needed a good vacuum and the hard wood floors needed a good cleaning. You could easily see under the furniture and the hardwood floors looked like they had never been touched. This cabin had the best stocked kitchen of any we have stayed in.

Everything was great, with the exception of two items. One, the hot tub is basically unusable. The jets work fine but the temperature is uncontrollable. I set it for 101, it went to 102, indicated a "OH" error and stopped. Called for a repair, which was handled properly, except that the tech arrived after 10PM, but we were a sleep by then. I'm guessing the hot tub was working fine when he looked at it. Next morning the temp was ,108, so I gave up. Second, all of the TV's experienced pixelation, freezing, dropouts,loss of sound. The one in the up stairs bedroom was simply unwatchable. Again I called to report. Milton arrived while we were out and gave everything a clean bill of health. Upstairs bedroom TV still unwatchable. Some one needs to watch it for 10 the 20 minutes in order to duplicate the problem. By the way, this IS NOT something that can be fixed by Timber Tops personnel. Only Comcast can fix these problems and some one needs to call them.

The cabin was spotless and beautiful! Unbelievable view! A few glitches with the jacuzzi but overall an awesome stay!

Beautiful property. The cabin was beautiful as was the view. I was disappointed it did not have many amenities such as maps or books on the area. Also one trash bag and no hairdryer. Not as homey as some I have stayed in.

Icemaker was not working in the refrigerator. Temperature was difficult to control. There weren't any extra sheets available for the pull out sofas. Cabin was beautiful and nicely decorated. Location was perfect with easy access. Timber tops made nice and simple reservations and check out. Cabin was well stocked with extra blankets, toiletries and towels, etc.

I truly appreciated being able to quickly and efficiently handle all the details of the rental with a phone call and easy faxed signatures. My questions specific to the cabin and its location were answered on the phone accurately. The check-in and check-out process was the easiest/best I've had with many vacation rentals in the past 10 years. We LOVED "May the Forest Be With You" cabin!!

The cabin was beautiful and our family really enjoyed it.

We loved the cabin! The views are amazing. It is close enough to Pigeon Forge to easily commute to and from the cabin and far enough away to feel secluded in your own private getaway. The porch swings are so nice to be able to sit outside and enjoy the beautiful mountain weather. The hot tub, Jacuzzi tubs in all the bathrooms, gas grill, and other amenities made this the perfect stay for our family. Our problems were quickly and appropriately addressed. The gas grill and hot tub were not working properly on the first night and they sent someone out to fix both and they were working nicely the remainder of the trip. We got locked out once and they immediately sent someone to fix the broken lock. The staff were very friendly and the cabin was very well maintained and pleasant. I would definitely recommend this cabin to a friend.

Wonderful time. Lack of seating in the power rooms was a drawback! The cabin was easy to find and the view was very nice.

Overall everything was great except the road the office had us take to cabin,very dangerous and it had all alternate blacktop entrance that was not mentioned but other than that once we figured out blacktop it was great and will use again !

We had a wonderful time. As always...the cabin was beautiful and kitchen was well equipped which is important to us as we usually cook all meals at the cabin.
