Great job and great cabin!

The cabin was wonderful. The view was even better than imagined. The only two areas I would suggest improving is the quality of the paper goods (paper towels and tp) and having just enough coffee available for a first night stay which would have been a very nice touch.

Great but there needs to be more lights around the hot tub

Everything was just wonderful. I was a little concerned at first about the location and that there was no wi-fi (I had my sister with me who is handicapped) , but it turned out to be just what we both needed. The most peaceful, relaxing vacation ever. Everyone was so kind and helpful. We want to plan our next get a way at the same cabin, minus the big black bear we saw as we were leaving!!

Great experience! The view was amazing! The cabin was spacious and customer service was very helpful. Would like to see a DVD player in the cabin so our family could have evening movie nights at home. Thank you, we will definitely be back!

Easy check in/check out process. Cabin was ready early which we appreciated. The Viewtastic cabin exceeded our expectations. It was very clean and in excellent condition upon arrival. The view was breathtaking! We were very close to main attractions. Looking forward to coming back. Would love to have access to WiFi next time.

The cabin was true to the pictures. Only thing I would suggest is a bar to help get up out of tub.

The cabin and the view was out of this world wonderful !! The sitting in the living room needs attention and the sitting on the porch but over all it was a great time! Would love to come back and Lord willing we will!

Timber Tops did an amazing job with our stay. The view was breathtaking and we would definitely stay again.

Perfect. Kitchen could have sharpened knives and a few more gadgets. Otherwise perfect. Beds slept great. Panoramic view beautiful. Hot needs a new cover. And a couple inexpensive lounge chairs would be nice for out on the grass. Wish pet friendly

The view was amazing and my kids didn't want to leave! The first night we stayed we didn't have water, but my husband fixed it. We will still be staying there again. I loved the cabin and the view.

This cabin was by far the most beautiful place I’ve ever visited!!! And the name “Viewtastic” speaks for its self. The cabin was extremely nice and clean but the view was absolutely amazing!!! I can’t wait to come back this summer!

Cabin was very clean and modern. The hot tub was great and had an amazing view.

Had a little trouble getting in because of the snow. When I finally got to talk to someone to get my code, everyone was really helpful.

The Viewtastic cabin exceeded our expectations!! There were no pictures posted online so we were taking a leap of faith that this was going to be a nice place to stay. The cabin was beautiful inside and out - you could tell that it had been newly renovated. And boy, the views did not disappoint!! We LOVED our stay in the smoky mountains and for sure want to stay at Viewtastic again. It was a steep drive up to the cabin but we tried keeping our trips to a minimum. The only thing I would ask to change was for the grounds around the cabin to be mowed and grass planted. The tall weeds were unattractive and difficult to walk through.

The cabin was just awesome. We had all the necessary materials required for our stay.
