We truly value our guests and appreciate your patience and understanding. To that end, we want to provide flexibility as you think about your future plans. Below are 3 options for guests who need to change plans. We look forward to serving you – when the time is right for you.

Option 1: Credit Voucher

If your check in date is on or before April 30, 2020 this is an option for you. This option allows you to get a credit voucher for a future stay and not lose any of your deposit or any of the money you have paid. You have up to 2 years from the date of your reservation to use this credit voucher towards your next stay. Your reservation check in date must be on or before April 30, 2020. Your voucher credit will be good for 2 years from the date of your original check in date.

Option 2: Enjoy Your Trip as Planned

If you did not purchase Deposit Protection you have the option of enjoying your amazing cabin in the beautiful Smoky Mountains. One great thing about our cabins is that you can truly social distance and follow the current government rules and guidelines. You can get in your car, drive straight to the Smoky Mountains, use our express check-in and go straight to your cabin without interacting with any human. Depending on the cabin you choose, you can have way more fun in your cabin that at home with options like game rooms, theatre rooms, indoor pools, fully equipped kitchens so you can cook in your cabin and much more.

Option 3: You already purchased Deposit Protection

If you purchased Deposit Protection, these are additional options for you. Your  Deposit Protection guarantees you a full refund, less the cost of the deposit protection fee, up to 60 days prior of your arrival. If inside of 60 days, it will allow you to re-book your stay within 12 months of your original dates, in the original property booked with 100% of the credit applied, less the Deposit Protection, up to 10 days prior to your scheduled arrival. *See rental agreement for more details.
