Description:

Great Bear is a gorgeous 3 story, 7 bedroom, and 6.5 bath cabin located on the 7th Green of Bent Creek Golf Course. The living area, dining, full size kitchen, & 2 bedrooms are all located on the main level. The living area features a gas fireplace, 50" High Definition Flat Screen Television with DVD/VCR combo, wet bar with sink & mini fridge, 2 plush micro fiber sofas, and 2 easy chairs. There is a laundry room that has a full size washer and dryer and a separate half bath off the living room. The fully equipped kitchen has a door that leads to the porch, where there is a table with bench seating, and deck rockers. The dining area will seat 14 comfortably, and there are also 4 bar stools for extra seating. There are two bedrooms on the main level. The first bedroom has twin bunks, with ladder, a 7 drawer dresser, 19" TV with a built in VCR, closet, and a checker set. The other bedroom on the level has a King Bed, 6 drawer dresser, Easy Chair, Armoire with a 27" TV DVD/VCR inside, a large walk in closet, an adjoining full bath with a Jacuzzi tub, stand up shower, 2 sinks and a vanity table with seat and you can access the deck.

The upper level has a King Bed, 27" TV DVD/VCR, 6 drawer dresser, easy chair, rocker, closet and an adjoining bath with a stand up shower. On the lower level there is another full living room with 2 sofas, 2 rockers, a 32" TV with VCR/DVD and a gas fireplace. There is also another full kitchen, and a table that can seat 6. The game room features a pool table or foosball and a bar where you can seat 4 and take in the breathtaking view There are 4 bedrooms on this level all of them have King size beds, 20 " TV with VCR, 4 drawer chest of drawers, and they all have an adjoining bath with stand up showers. There are doors that lead to a deck with a swing and two rockers. Outside there is a walk way that leads to a Gazebo area with an 8 person hot tub, and a picnic table that seats 4 and a basketball goal in the driveway. In the Cobbly Nob Resort you will have access to 3 swimming pools, and a Tennis Court. You are right on the golf course so be sure to check into the golf packages.
