Great Bear is a three story, six bedroom with an additional
loft bedroom, and six and a half bath cabin. This cabin is located on the
7th green at Bent Creek Golf Course in the Cobbly Nob Resort outside of
Gatlinburg past the Arts and Crafts Community.
The living area, dining, full size kitchen, and two bedrooms are all located on
the main level. The living area features a gas fireplace, 50" HDTV with
DVD/VCR combo, two leather sofas, two recliners and a wet bar with sink and
mini fridge. There is a laundry room that has a full size washer and dryer and
a separate half bath off the living room. The fully equipped kitchen has a door
that leads to the porch, where there is a table with bench seating, and deck
rockers. The dining area will seat fourteen comfortably, and there are also
four bar stools for extra seating. There are two bedrooms on the main level.
The first bedroom has two twin beds, dresser, 19" TV with a built in VCR,
closet, and a checker set. The other bedroom on the level has a king bed, dresser,
easy chair, armoire with a 27" TV DVD/VCR inside, a large walk in closet,
access to the deck and an adjoining full bath. The full bath has a jetted
tub, stand up shower, two sinks and a vanity table with seat.
The upper level is the open loft bedroom that has a king bed, 27" TV
DVD/VCR, dresser, easy chair, rocker, closet and an adjoining bath with a stand
up shower. On the lower level there is another full living room with two sofas,
two rockers, a 32" TV with VCR/DVD and a gas fireplace. There is
also another full kitchen, and a table that can seat six. The game room
features an arcade machine, pool table and a bar where you can seat four and
take in the breathtaking view There are four bedrooms on this level all of them
have a king size bed, 20" TV with VCR, chest of drawers, and each have an
adjoining bath with standup showers. There are doors that lead to a deck with a
swing and two rockers. Outside there is a walk way that leads to a Gazebo area
with an eight person hot tub, and a picnic table that seats four and a
basketball goal in the driveway.
In the Cobbly Nob Resort you will have access to
three swimming pools, and a Tennis Court. You are right on the golf course so
be sure to check into the golf packages. We hope you have a great stay while
