Smoky Vista Lodge offers a fantastic panoramic view of Great Smoky Mountain National Park from all three levels. This 12 inch D-log cabin offers 5,200 sq/ft of elegant living space, an open floor plan, 7 bedrooms and 7 full baths plus 2 half baths, and an additional 3,000 sq/ft of covered porches so you can take in the incredible unobstructed view year round.
It is in a prime location in the Wild Briar subdivision, within minutes of Pigeon Forge, Dollywood and Splash Country. The lodge is a Certified Aging-in-Place (CAPS) facility with numerous Universal Design features including an elevator, no-step entrance, curb-less shower, grab bars and flexible hand shower, ADA compliant toilets, lever handles, and rocker style switches.
The rafters/beams are exposed throughout all three levels. The lodge comfortably accommodates 18 people with numerous amenities as indicated above. All of the bedrooms have private baths and LCD/DVD TVs. The three master bedrooms have vented gas stone fireplaces and jetted tubs.
The main level great room has a magnificent unobstructed view of the Great Smoky Mountains and Mt. LeConte. The two luxurious leather sofas and a large armchair offer plenty of seating, and you will find a 50” Plasma HDTV with DVD and Surround Sound above the stone fireplace. The elegant dining room seats 10-12 and there are 10 leather stools around the kitchen granite counter top. Closet with stack washer and dryer. Outside on the gorgeous covered porches, you will find numerous rocking chairs, tables and benches including an 8-person hot tub overlooking the incredible view of the Smokies. Bedroom on main floor has king bed, dresser, closet, fireplace, 32” flat screen TV with DVD player full bath room with a jetted tub, shower with seat and hand bars.
A large loft is located upstairs and offers a game area that features a pool table, a large plasma HDTV and a queen sleeper sofa. Two bedrooms each with queen beds, 27” flat screen TV’s with DVD players a full bath room with jetted tubs shower with hand bars, door to small decks with two rockers on each deck.
The downstairs game area/media room offers a leather sleeper sofa and matching love seat, a 42" Plasma HDTV, DVD/Blue-Ray Player with 5/1 Surround Sound of a complete home theater system experience, and 2 Multi-Super arcades each featuring over 1,000 classic video games. A second fully equipped kitchen is located on the same level. It offers stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and 2 nicely designed pub tables with seating and a large stone fireplace. Also on the bottom level is 4 bedrooms all have king beds dressers, closets, 27” flat screen TV w/DVD players, and full bath rooms with tub/shower. Two of the bedrooms have doors to the lower deck.
