Great Smoky Lodge is a three story, five bedroom, five bath cabin that sleeps 22. This cabin has spectacular views of the Smoky Mountains.
The front of the cabin has a covered porch with six rocking chairs and a porch swing, you can sit and enjoy the quiet time in the mountains. When you enter the cabin into the large open space with lots of room for everyone there is the fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops a table for sixteen and an island for four so that you all can have the family meal together. Whether you are fixing the meal or eating it you will be able to enjoy the views from the large windows that look out on to the mountains or doors that lead out onto the deck. The deck runs the length of the cabin and offers a gas grill, lots of seating, a picnic table for those that want to take the meal outside, a gas fireplace and a telescope just in case you want to get a close up look of the wild life in the mountains. Back inside that cabin on the main floor is also a sitting area with a leather sofa sleeper that looks out over the mountains and has a door to the deck. The living room has leather sofa sleeper, recliner, and loveseat that you can relax on while watching a game or movie on the 72” flat screen TV with a Blu-Ray DVD player, DVD/VCR player, gas fireplace, and a Stereo with a CD player. Just off the living room is more space with a game/card table, desk and board games. A full bathroom with shower only is on the main floor.
Up the stairs is another loft sitting area with a sofa sleeper and chair just in case you want a little quite time away. There are two bedrooms are on the upper level. The first bedroom has a king bed, dresser, closet, 32” flat screen TV, DVD player, twin sofa sleeper, a door to a small deck and a full bath with a shower only. The second bedroom has a King bed, dresser, closet, 32” flat screen TV with a DVD player, twin sofa sleeper and a full bath with a large jetted tub and a separate shower.
Now let’s go down to the lower level where you will find a large game room that everyone will have fun in. A pool table will keep you busy, but if it’s racing you want well then one of the two Crusin’ Exotica racing games or the multi-game arcade will keep you busy. There is also a 32” flat screen TV, twin sofa sleeper, laundry closet with full size washer and dryer and a full bath with shower and tub is also off the game room. A door out to the lower deck is where you will find more seating and the hot tub to soak your cares away. There are three additional bedrooms here on the lower level. The first has a king bed, dresser, closet, 32”flat screen TV/DVD player, twin sofa sleeper, and a full bath with a large jetted tub and a shower. The second has a king bed, 32” flat screen TV/DVD player, dresser, closet and a door to the deck. The third has 2 sets of queen bunk beds and a 32” flat screen TV/DVD player.
