Doors open to a fully enclosed sun room that offers a breathtaking view of the mountains.
On the lower level you will find four bedrooms. The first room has a luxurious king bed, full bath with shower/tub, and 32" HDTV. The second room has a queen sleigh bbed, closet, 32" HDTV and full bath with shower. The third bedroom has a beautiful victorian queen bed, and separate full bath with shower/tub. The last bedroom has another king bed, large closet, 32" HDTV and full bath with shower/tub. The large game room offers an arcade machine, air hockey, foosball table, electric darts, stereo/CD player and four pub tables with chairs. Just outside of the game room there is a large hot tub for relaxing after a day of fun and games. There is also a charcoal grill and picnic table in the front yard for cooking outdoors and a fire pit area with adarondack chairs, so don't forget the firewood.
