On the lower level you will find four bedrooms. The first room has a luxurious King Bed, full bath with shower/tub, and 32" HDTV. Just outside of the game room there is a large Hot Tub for relaxing after a day of fun and games. There is also a charcoal grill for cooking outdoors.
