What is the Timber Tops 1-Day Sale?
The 1-Day Sale is our biggest sale of the year. For one day only, guests can save 30 percent on any Timber Tops cabin plus receive free attraction tickets that can save hundreds of dollars.
When does the 1-Day Sale start and end?
The sale starts at 12:01 AM EST on Monday, January 26, 2026, and ends at 11:59 PM EST the same day.
How do I get access to the sale?
Enter your email to sign up for the sale. You will also be asked to enter your mobile number. We strongly recommend completing both steps, as emails can go to spam and text messages ensure you receive the private sale link.
Can I receive the booking link by text message?
Yes. After entering your email, you can opt in to receive the link by text. Text messages are the most reliable way to receive the link and avoid email delivery issues.
When will I receive the booking link?
The private sale link will be sent the day before the sale begins. The link will not work until the sale officially opens on January 26, 2026.
Why doesn’t the link work right away?
The link is intentionally inactive until the sale begins. Once the sale opens, it will automatically activate and allow you to book with the discount applied.
Do I need a promo code?
No. No promo code is required. The discount is automatically applied at checkout when you use the private sale link.
What does the 30 percent discount apply to?
The discount applies to the cabin rental portion of new reservations only and cannot be combined with other specials or discounts.
Are there blackout dates?
No. There are no blackout dates. Holiday dates are included.
What dates can I book during the sale?
You can reserve a cabin for any stay dates from January 26, 2026 through January 31, 2027, subject to availability.
Is there a minimum stay requirement?
All nights must be consecutive. Individual cabins may still have minimum night requirements.
How much is required to book?
Only a 10 percent deposit is required at the time of booking.
Are taxes and fees included in the discount?
No. The discount applies to the base cabin rental rate only. Taxes and fees are additional.
Are all cabins included in the sale?
Yes. All Timber Tops cabins are included, from 1-bedroom cabins up to 17-bedroom cabins, subject to availability.
Can the sale sell out?
Yes. Inventory is limited, and popular cabins and dates book quickly once the sale opens.
Can existing reservations be discounted?
No. The sale applies to new reservations only.
Can I change my dates after booking?
Date changes are subject to availability and standard rental policies. Changes may affect pricing.
What if I do not receive the email or text message?
Check your spam or promotions folder for email. Text messages are the most reliable way to receive the sale link.

Early access for select past guests
What is VIP access?
VIP access gives select guests early access to the 1-Day Sale before it opens to the public.
Who qualifies for VIP access?
VIP access is available to guests who have previously booked during a Timber Tops 1-Day Sale.
How much earlier do VIP guests get access?
VIP guests receive access 48 hours before the public sale begins.
When will VIP guests receive their booking link?
VIP guests will receive their private booking link three days before the public sale date.
When does the VIP link start working?
The VIP link will activate 48 hours before the public sale begins. Before that time, the link will not work.
Why is VIP access valuable?
VIP guests have more time to book and access to better cabin availability before public demand begins, including popular dates and larger cabins.
Do VIP guests receive a bigger discount?
No. VIP guests receive the same 30 percent discount as the public sale. The benefit is early access, not a larger discount.
Do VIP bookings still require only a 10 percent deposit?
Yes. VIP reservations follow the same booking terms, including the 10 percent deposit requirement.
Are there blackout dates for VIP guests?
No. VIP bookings also include no blackout dates, including holidays.
Can VIP access be shared?
No. VIP booking links are intended for the invited guest only and may not be shared.
