At Timber Tops Cabin Rentals, the safety of our guests is our top priority. That’s why we’re doing everything we can to keep our guests safe and healthy through the COVID-19 crisis. While we’ve always made sure to provide a clean environment for our guests, we’re now taking additional precautions to ensure guests have a safe and healthy stay in our Smoky Mountain cabins.
Here are a few ways we’re keeping our guests safe:
Offering Contactless Express Check In
We are encouraging that all guests use our Express Check-In. This contactless check-in allows guests to check in prior to arrival so they can head straight to their cabins when they get here. This way, guests don’t have to stop by our office and can easily follow social distancing guidelines. You can find more information on our Express Check-In on our FAQ Page.
Extra Cleaning Measures
The cleanliness of our cabins has always been important to us, but now we have additional cleaning and sanitization measures to ensure our guests’ safety. Our housekeeping and inspection teams will make sure each cabin is sanitized and safe before your stay. Here are some extra steps we’re taking:
- Using disinfectants to ensure all touch surfaces are cleaned and sanitized between each stay
- Having all cleaning personnel wear personal protective equipment and screening our employees daily when they come to work
We encourage that all our guests get our Deposit Protection at the time of booking. This protects you in the event that you need to cancel or reschedule your reservation. Our Deposit Protection guarantees a full refund, less the cost of the protection fee, up to 60 days prior to your arrival. Inside of the 60 days, it allows you to reschedule your stay within 12 months of your original dates in the original property you booked.
