1. About YourCabin.com
YourCabin.com is an online marketplace and informational platform that allows users to search for, view, and request reservations for vacation rental properties operated and managed by Timber Tops Cabins Rentals and or Related Companies.
2. Eligibility and Age Requirements
You must be at least 18 years old to use this Site. Certain properties may require higher age minimums as determined by Timber Tops Cabin Rentals. Attempts to bypass eligibility requirements may result in cancellation.
3. Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Prohibited activities include fraudulent use, unauthorized access, interference with Site operations, or misuse of Site data or functionality.
4. Automated Access, Crawling, and Scraping Or Similar
Accessing the Site using automated means, including bots, crawlers, scrapers, spiders, AI agents, or similar technologies, is prohibited without express written authorization. Unauthorized data extraction manual or automated, indexing, aggregation, or replication of Site content is strictly prohibited.

5. Prohibited Technical Misuse and Security Testing

Information obtained through prohibited access does not constitute an authorized security finding or reportable data breach.
7. Reservations and Bookings
All reservations are subject to availability and acceptance by the applicable property manager. YourCabin.com is not a party to rental agreements between guests and other property managers or property owners or 3rd parties.
8. Payments and Fees
Payments are processed by third-party platforms. Pricing, taxes, fees, and deposits are disclosed before and afrter booking a property.
9. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation and refund policies can vary by property.
10. Reviews and User Content
By submitting content, you grant YourCabin.com or affilated sites a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that content for Site operations and marketing. We reserve the right to remove content at our discretion.
11. Property Information and Accuracy
Timber Tops / YourCabin.com does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or availability.
12. No Reliance
Site content is provided for informational purposes only. You agree not to rely on any information except as confirmed in a finalized reservation agreement.
