1. About YourCabin.com
YourCabin.com is an online marketplace and informational platform that allows users to search for, view, and request reservations for vacation rental properties operated and managed by Timber Tops Cabins Rentals and or Related Companies.
2. Eligibility and Age Requirements
You must be at least 18 years old to use this Site. Certain properties may require higher age minimums as determined by the applicable property manager. Attempts to bypass eligibility requirements may result in cancellation without refund.
3. Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Prohibited activities include fraudulent use, unauthorized access, interference with Site operations, or misuse of Site data or functionality.
4. Automated Access, Crawling, and Scraping
Accessing the Site using automated means, including bots, crawlers, scrapers, spiders, AI agents, or similar technologies, is prohibited without express written authorization. Unauthorized data extraction, indexing, aggregation, or replication of Site content is strictly prohibited.

All reservations are subject to availability and acceptance by the applicable property manager. YourCabin.com is not a party to rental agreements between guests and property managers.
8. Payments and Fees
Payments are processed by third-party platforms. Pricing, taxes, fees, and deposits are determined by property managers and may change prior to confirmation.
9. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation and refund policies vary by property and are set by the property manager. YourCabin.com does not issue refunds unless expressly stated.
10. Reviews and User Content
By submitting content, you grant YourCabin.com a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that content for Site operations and marketing. We reserve the right to remove content at our discretion.
11. Property Information and Accuracy
Property details are provided by third parties. YourCabin.com does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or availability.
12. No Reliance
Site content is provided for informational purposes only. You agree not to rely on any information except as confirmed in a finalized reservation agreement.
