Some of the arts and crafts you can expect to see in the community include paintings, photography, pottery, jewelry, quilts, baskets, brooms, wood carvings, and stained glass.
2. Dollywood
Dollywood is so much more than just roller coasters and thrill rides! Guests at Pigeon Forge’s famous theme park will have the chance to attend a variety of phenomenal music shows that are completely free with park admission. Whether you’re in the mood for country, bluegrass, gospel, or nostalgic songs from the 50s and 60s, you can hear your favorite tunes performed live by some of the area’s best musicians. A highlight of the show is watching Country Tonite’s youth performers: 17-year-old banjo virtuoso Willow Osborne and 12-year-old vocalist Shelton Tison. The Hollywood Star Cars Museum showcases the most famous vehicles from TV and movie history. The Remembering Red show is a real treat for anyone familiar with Red Skelton’s work, although youngsters accompanying their grandparents will also love seeing this family-friendly comedy for the first time.
