You’ll get your Luxury Pass emailed to you with your last name on it. After you receive it, you can do one of two things. You can either use your phone at each attraction where you are going to use your free ticket, or you can print off your Luxury Pass to use instead. Each attraction is set up to accept either a printed or digital copy of your Luxury Pass.
Once you’ve received your Luxury Pass, all you have to do is decide which attraction you want to enjoy and set up reservations to visit! Keep in mind that reservations can only be made a maximum of 48 hours ahead of time. This means that if you check in on Tuesday and make a reservation, it can only be made for no later than Thursday.
Step 2: Make your reservations to visit the attractions!
To be able to redeem your free tickets to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg attractions, you have to make any and all reservations for that particular attraction through us. If you don’t, you won’t be able to use your free tickets and they’ll expire! For every night you stay, you get one free ticket for each attraction. You will receive one free ticket for an adult’s admission per unit.
If you do not make your reservation through us, you will not be able to make use of your free tickets. These tickets are a thank you for staying with us and we want you to be able to use them. Only one ticket can be used at each attraction once a day, so they don’t accumulate over the course of your vacation. Tickets expire daily.
Step 3: Redeem tickets at the attraction, have your I.D. and Luxury Pass ready!
To redeem your tickets when you go to the attraction, you must have not only your Luxury Pass ready — whether you printed it out or are using it on your phone — but you will also need your I.D. as well! This is to prove that the card does belong to you. You’ll present both items at the door or wherever tickets are sold at the attraction.
Step 4: Have Fun!

You can also go on a glass bottom boat ride to see the fish. There are interactive displays and you can watch divers feed some of the fish.
Legacy Mountain Zip Lines
Legacy Mountain Zip Lines has 7 different zip lines on this mountain adventure! You’ll ride on nearly 4.5 miles of cables as you see breathtaking views of the mountains. You’ll cross over three rope bridges and take an ATV ride to get to the starting line, but after that you are awarded with amazing views and the chance to breathe some crisp mountain air.
Country Tonite Music Show
Country Tonite Music Show is the perfect place to see live country and gospel music in the Smokies! You’ll also be treated to dancing, comedy and some American Patriotism when you visit this amazing show. This attraction shows off some great local talent and lets you hear some of your favorite country songs!
