The Great Smoky Mountains National Park will be holding their 7th annual ‘Music of the Mountains’ celebration this April 8th through April 10th, in the beautiful town of Townsend, Tennessee. Featuring the beautiful smoky mountains as the backdrop, this three day concert of music and fun is a great family get-away especially for music lovers.

These rich and colorful concerts shine a light on Southern Appalachians traditions and music, making it a one of a kind celebration that is sure to entertain. The three day concerts feature a variety of music, singing, and instrumental acts across three different venues. The Good Thymes Ceilidh Band will be the opening act on Friday at the Great Smoky Mountain Heritage Center, followed by events at the Sugarlands Visitor Center on Saturday, and a final concert on Sunday evening at the W.L. Mills Conference Center.
