As the oldest and scariest Haunted House in Gatlinburg, visitors meander through endless corridors of darkness, find challenging secret passages, view winding staircases and behold the terror of the dark and damp dungeon. Meanwhile, spine tingling creatures come out of the woodwork to fill guests with terror and fun. Be prepared to be scared.

The Mysterious Mansion Location

Located at 424 River Road in Gatlinburg, one can easily walk there from the parkway, by walking behind McDonald’s through Fountain Plaza. Continue down to River Road, where you will find the Mysterious Mansion. Or walk along the river if you are coming from the Aquarium. Call (865) 436-7007 for hours of operation.

Admission

Admission is $9.84 plus tax for adults and $7.16 plus tax for children. Group discounts are given as well as Military, Local Resident and other discounts.
